The ASS Upper Austria has resulted from a fall protection evaluation due to the storm damage in 2021.
Based on the order from LBDSTV Michael Hutterer, the storm operations were analysed with regard to personal safety in exposed locations. The concept includes a new safety concept based on ÖBFV guideline GA23.
The general training content relating to fall protection is integrated into the squad leader training, among other things. The ASS OÖ complies with the equipment guidelines for fall protection of the OÖLFV.
