the firefighter belt is made of a synthetic belt with a width of 85 mm and equipped with a double prong buckle.
Both firefighter belt versions are equipped with a descent eight, which is ursed for self sescue. The descent eight is hooked into the pipe hook carabiner with version A, with version B into the one-hand carabiner of the lanyard.

EQUIPMENT VERSION B
- Version B is equipped with an extendable (stretch) lanyard with an alminium one-hand carabiner according to EN 362/T, which can be wrapped around the rungs of a ladder. The lanyard is made of a flameretardant material (texted according to EN137)
- max. lifespan: max. operating life (20 years) + storage period (2 years) = 22 years - the lanyard 400539 has to be changed after 10 years
